Enlarging the Penis

I would like to know if there is a formula available for enlarging the penis.

Generally, you want to increase the blood supply to the penis. Ginkgo biloba and Ginseng (either Panax ginseng or the Siberian Eleutherococcus) are useful for this purpose. Damiana (Turnera diffusa) and Oats, stimulating tonic herbs to the nervous system and reproductive organs, are especially useful in physical or nervous system weaknesses.

A 6 month study showed that 60 to 240 milligrams a day of a 50:1 Ginkgo extract (50 pounds of ginkgo used to produce one pound of extract) improved erections in half of the men studied, by increasing blood flow to the penis.

Ginseng should not be taken for longer than a month. A two week break from ginseng should be taken before starting another course. It is contraindicated in high blood pressure. Stimulants, including coffee, should not be taken while on ginseng.
