I’m looking for herbs with an anise or licorice flavor. So far, I know of the following:

Agastache sp. Anthriscus cerefolium Artemisia dracunculus sativa Foeniculum vulgare Glycyrrhiza sp. Lippia alba Myrrhis odorata Ocimum basilicum Osmorhiza sp. Pimpinella anisum Piper auritum Polypodium sp. Solidago odora Tagetes sp.

Do you know of any others that I should add to this list?

This list is pretty complete. Another is licorice flag, Acorus gramineus ‘Licorice’. It has a stunning licorice scent and flavour when squeezed.

The hummingbird sage, Salvia guaranitica, is decribed as a having an anise scent, but our variety, ‘Black and Blue’ is not very anise-scented, if at all.
