What else can chamomile be used for other than tea?

Culinary uses are few. There are two types of chamomile: Chamaemelum nobile (Roman chamomile) whose leaves may be chopped up, stirred into sour cream or butter and used with baked potatoes. You can use the fresh flowers as a garnish or in salads. The other is Matricaria recutita (German chamomile) which is mainly used for medicinal purposes.
