Oregano Grown In Lawns Answered by: Inge Poot Question from: Dan Posted on: August 29, 2012
I have seen organo growing in lawns with their mauve flowers. Do you know which variety this is? O. vulgare hirta or a dwarf variety? I would like to start up seeds for autumn planting.
Origanum vulgare, or common marjoram is the most likely plant that you saw, since it is quite indestructable and forms a nice mat when mown. | | |
