I would like to know if saw palmetto is safe to take during breast feeding and will it effect my child. I also want to know if taking herbs such as fenugreek, fennel during lactation the best time if one wants to increase there breast size.

Fenugreek and Fennel are both used to increase breast milk supply. They are nourishing, digestive herbs, beneficial to mother and baby in normal amounts. Saw Palmetto is not recommended in breastfeeding.

In breastfeeding, it is recommended to use a variety of nourishing herbal teas to ensure a balance for both mother and baby.
