Stopping Breast Milk Flow

I had my second child over 2 months ago. I was wondering if there anything I can do to help the process of drying up my breasts, for I have not breast fed even once and the milk just keeps coming in. It is making my life very expensive and annoying, as I have to keep buying breast pads and I also can’t wear the clothing I want because breast pads make me look funny. Plus I am sick of the leaking altogether. With my first child the milk dried up before my 6 week appointment. My doctor said there is nothing I can do at all. Please tell me about the herbs that are most commonly to help to dry things up.

Herbs which act to dry up breast milk are sage and parsley. You can include fresh parsley in your diet. A sage tea can be made by steeping 1/2 teaspoon of dried sage in one cup of boiling water for 15 minutes. Take 3 times a day for one to two weeks.
