I have heard that Green Tea Extract is good for losing weight. Do you have any information on that?

Both black and green tea are diuretic, helping weight loss associated with water retention. Black and green tea also help with weight reduction by improving fat metabolism. The polyphenols, strong antioxidants, are responsible for most of the health benefits. The proportion of polyphenols is higher in green tea.

Other health benefits include artery protection, cholesterol reduction and cancer protection.

Because tea is a stimulant similar to coffee, it is advisable to limit consumption to 1 or 2 cups a day. The capsules will also provide a stimulating effect.
