I was reading about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (which I have) and you stated that some patients are helped by dandelion root, clivers and vitex. I found dandelion root and vitex at the health store but could not locate clivers. Is there another name for this herb?

Clivers (Galium aparine) is effective in detoxifying the lymphatic vessels. Other herbs that are used for this purpose are Echinacea are red clover. Red clover is best taken as a tea made with the fresh or dried flowers. The dried flowers should be red/purple. If they have lost their colour, they are no longer effective.
