My penis does not erect properly and there is no sensation on this gland. I have always had constipation. I am 27 years old, weigh 47 kg. and my height is 175 cm. For 6 years, I have had a problem in my nerves. Doctors say some nerves are not working or are compressed. From that time I have had a problem with erection. I have a problem with urination as well -- there is no force in the flow. Please suggest some herbs which can cure me, that do not have side effects and are not habit forming.

If you have nerve compression, you must work at the source of this problem. An osteopath or chiropractor may be able to help with this. While you are working on the source of the nerve compression, you can use herbs to strengthen the nerve tissue.
