I am a 46 year old female who started her menopause at the age of 40. After 40 I started having problems with my weight. I diet, exercise, and still cannot loose the weight. Whatever I do it does not work. It seems that I will be stuck at 220 lbs for the rest of my life. Is there a particular herb or herbs that can help me to loose the weight. What do you recommend?

I suggest that you implement the recommendations for "syndrome X", paying attention to the types of food you eat, the types of oils in your diet, the type of exercise and bowel elimination. The recommendations for "syndrome X" have proven successful in managing weight and balancing hormones in menopause. This is a healthy diet that can be maintained for a lifetime without going hungry or feeling deprived. The details are listed on our website www.richters.com . Choose Q&A from the main menu, then enter "syndrome x" for the search.
