Does fenugreek reduce sugar in blood? I am asking this as I am diabetic Type II.

Yes, fenugreek is known to regulate blood sugar levels, it aids digestion by creating a soothing protective coating on the intestinal tract. As a result, it is used in diabetes, inflammatory bowel conditions that can also affect blood sugar problems. To preparation, simmer 1 - 2 teaspoons of crushed seeds in a cup of water for 15 minutes. Take three times a day.
