I am 50 and am in menopause. I am getting facial hair. What can I take that is safe to balance my hormones?

To add to the responses thus far, facial hair growth after menopause may be due to increased sensitivity of the hair follicles to androgen hormones and rarely it can be causes by increased testosterone production related to hypertrophy or hyperplasia of ovarian tissue. To reduce high testosterone levels, vegetarian and high fiber diets are recommended as they will help to bind and eliminate them.
