I recently bought a ‘volcano vaporizer’ and over the last year I’ve been using Richters as my main source for inhaling herbs. Ive made my own blends which have worked out actually really well. Im currently playing hockey in Sault Ste Marie, and have been doing a ton of research to find the perfect blend in herbs to increase my overall athletic performance (mental and physical), in which I can use everyday. Currently I have a mixture of Siberian Ginseng, Gingko, Dong Quai, and a couple other just for overall health. I was hoping to find a more professional perspective from you guys and hoping for a few pointers in which I can add or subtract to a blend that will help increase my athletic performance. Any information you have would be a huge help.

The herbs you have chosen are good choices. General tonics for over all health support and maintenance are herbs that are high in bioflavonoids such elderberries, rosehips and lycii berries; anti- oxidant herbs such as volatile oil rich herbs like rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, and marjoram; nutritive herbs that are high in minerals such as nettles, alfalfa, oat straw and chickweed; other examples are herbs like garlic and cayenne which help to keep he cardiovascular system healthy. Of course a healthy diet, good attitude, good sleep, and moderate amounts of exercise is most important for long term good health too.
