My daughter has very bad cramps when she is on her period. Is there anyting natural that she can take like a tea, or something? She is 25 yrs. old.

Your daughter is experiencing hormonal imbalances and that can be due to several factors such as nutritional deficiencies -- essential fatty acid deficiency is a common one, liver stagnation -- requiring bitter herbs or blood stagnation -- due to lack of exercise. For most women it is a combination of causes.
