What are the best plants to eat to treat Cataracts?

Plants that are high in antioxidants are best for cataracts.

I have heard that cooked kale and marigolds are helpful. Do you have marigolds now? If not how long do marigolds take to grow?

Assuming you are referring to pot marigolds (Calendula off.), yes, Richter’s carry them year round. They grow very easily and quickly from seed as well.

Should marigolds be cooked or raw?

Raw is best as it is in the resins and volatile oils where the antioxidants are mainly and heat can dissipate or destroy them.

Where can I buy cooked kale chips? Kale is annoying to cook. I want all food in chip, jam, or pie form if possible unless it tastes like steak.

Don’t we all!!
