Coumadin, Holy Basil

Do you think it is safe to give her Holy Basil drops if she is on Coumadin for her heart? She is not allowed to eat many "greens" so I am hesitant but I am trying to encourage her to take this vs. Prozac for her well-being.
I do not see there being a problem and that it would be safe to take holy basil whilst on Coumadin. For other ideas and help with depression please see:
